Human Resource Manual (HRM)

The Human Resource Department Manual (HRM) provides the policies and procedures consonant with ISO 9001:2015 standards governing the selection, assignment, monitoring of activities and development of faculty and non-teaching employees.  This is to ensure the availability of quality human resource for the organization.

The HRM shall be periodically updated to reflect the best practice in human resource management and development congruent with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Quality human resource is equivalent to quality service delivery.
